    Brief
    Working with PRDP, we were commissioned to design the refurbishment of a ten year old facility to create a new, 350-seat in-house restaurant for BP at Breakspear Park.

    Solution
    The project involved reducing the existing kitchen size by bringing the ‘finishing’ stage of cooking out onto the service counters. A unique aspect of BP’s new facility is the deli counter that revolves through 90° to accommodate different trading conditions.
